Señor da Folla Verde
Señor da Folla Verde is the most exclusive white wine from our winery, with a limited production of bottles. For its production, we use Albariño (70%) grapes as well as Loureira (15%) and Treixadura (15%). All of them are cultivated at the Finca La Moreira, where we pick them manually. At the vineyard that we chose for the production of this Albariño wine, we perform green pruning in the summer. What that means is that 40% of the branches are pruned in order to ensure optimal growth in the rest. This Rías Baixas wine pays homage to traditional, nocturnal grapes from the County of Tea.
